Ownership Information:

I am a single entity, and the only person who runs, maintains, and administers this web site – unless for some reason I am unable to do so in which case my girlfriend Beth might do a bit of maintenance or updating in my absence. There is no huge conglomerate, publisher, or other major or minor company involved, and I am in business as a sole-proprietor – and an often rather poor one at that – I am an artist after all.

That said, when you deal with customer support on this site, you are dealing with me directly, and I really do care dearly about everyone who is so kind as to place an order or drop a comment – and I go out of my way, often, to ensure that my visitors are happy.

If you have any problems on this site, whether they be technical difficulties, or concerns over/changes made to your order – please do drop me a line through my contact form – I am inches away from my email most of the time, and should get right back to you.

Privacy Information:

I do not and will not sell any of your information to any Third party, ever. I value my visitors and customers immensely, and would never do anything, purposefully, to inconvenience any one of my valued readers or customers.

My server records traffic and all related data from all visitors. The information recorded includes your IP address, your ISP, which browser you are using, when you visited my site, which pages you visited throughout my site, where you came from, and what the last page you read was before leaving.

Some of my applications and plugins, such as the store, may also use cookies and session information to record information such as what is in your shopping cart, your personal preferences for this site, and whether or not you have left for and returned from the payment portal.

I also have ads on my site such such as Project Wonderful, Amazon Affiliate Ads, and Google AdSense, which may or may not collect additional information about your websurfing habits such as, but not limited to: where you came in from, what keywords you entered in a search to get here, and where you left to.

Copyright Information

When it comes to my artwork, my blog entries,  and my columns, I encourage you to share my content – and require only that you give me credit for my own works, give a link back to my site, and do not edit my images except to resize or thumb-nail them in order to better fit your entries or pages.

No new derivative works are created from my work – not band fliers, not anything printed, not desktop wallpapers, or web site designs, without my involvement or consent – because, sadly, a copyright undefended is a copyright lost.

If you require printable-sized graphics for a print magazine or printed art collection, please contact me with the title of the work, what it is about, when it is to be released, and the name of the publishing company. Credentials are needed as I need to be very protective of my high quality files, so I can be protective of the value of those works purchased from me by my valued customers.

Often I will paraphrase or quote articles and blogs written by outside parties. I do this in accordance with the rules of “Fair Use” pertaining to journalism and blogging, wherein I copy no more than 200 words of content, and share no more than one image from any given post, always linking back to the source and citing the source if at all possible. Artwork, images, movies, and text from outside parties remain the intellectual property of their respective owners, any trademarks mentioned remain the trademarks of their respective owners.
